1

Do I Have a Case?

If another driver was careless and you got hurt, you likely do. We will tell you straight on the first call.
2

What Does It Cost?

Nothing up front. We only get paid if we win money for you, and the first talk is free either way.
3

How Long Do I Have?

Most Texas claims have a two year deadline. Some are much shorter, like a claim against a city. Call early.
How We Help

What We Do on a Crash Case

1
We Get the Facts Fast
The police report, the photos, the witnesses, and any camera nearby. Proof fades in days, so we start on day one.
2
We Talk to the Adjuster
Every call goes to us. You never have to give a statement or guess what to say.
3
We Line Up Your Care
Doctors who will see you now, and bills that wait until the case is done.
A damaged car and a box truck stopped on the roadside after a crash while a man takes photos.
Worth knowing

Truck Cases Are Not Car Cases

The part of this case most people do not see coming.
A company sits behind the driver, with its own lawyers and its own rules.
Trucks keep driving logs, and those logs can be erased. We ask for them right away.
There is usually more insurance in a truck case, and more than one company to look at.

FAQ

Frequently
Asked Questions

How long do I have to file?

In Texas, most injury claims must be filed within two years. Some are shorter. Claims against a city or a state agency can be much shorter, so call early.

What if part of it was my fault?

Texas uses a 51 percent rule. If you were half or less at fault, you can usually still recover, reduced by your share. Let us look before you decide it was your fault.

The insurance company already called me. What do I say?

You can tell them to call your lawyer. You do not have to give a recorded statement. Send the next call to us.

What if the other driver had no insurance?

Your own policy may still owe you money. We read it and tell you what is in there.

What is my case worth?

It depends on your injuries, your bills, and who was at fault. Anyone who gives you a number on day one is guessing.
