No fee unless we win

You pay no attorney fees unless we win money for you. Court costs, case expenses, and doctor bills come out of your share of the recovery. If there is no recovery, you will not owe court costs or case expenses, except for unpaid doctor bills.

FAQ

Frequently
Asked Questions

What does a lawyer cost?

Nothing up front. You pay no attorney fees unless we win money for you. Court costs, case expenses, and doctor bills come out of your share. If we win nothing, you owe no court costs or case expenses. You may still owe unpaid doctor bills. The first call is free. Call (972) 426-8388.

What should I do right after a wreck?

See a doctor, even if you feel okay. Some hurts show up days later. Take photos of everything. Get names and numbers of anyone who saw it. Do not admit fault to anyone. Keep every bill and every note. Do not post about it online. Then call us.

How long do I have to file?

In Texas, most injury claims must be filed within two years. Some are shorter. Claims against a city or state agency are often shorter. Waiting can cost you the case. Call us. We will check your date for free.

What if the wreck was partly my fault?

You may still have a case. Texas uses a 51 percent rule. If you were more than half at fault, you usually get nothing. If you were half or less, your money is usually reduced. Do not guess at your share. Adjusters often blame you too fast. Let us look at it first.

How long will my case take?

It depends. Some cases close in a few months. Others take a year or more. It depends on how hurt you are. It depends on whether the other side admits fault. We will give you a straight answer, not a guess. And we will keep you posted the whole way.

Will I have to go to court?

Most likely not. Most injury cases end with a payment to close the case. Court is the backup, not the plan. If the insurance company will not be fair, we file suit. Even then, most cases still end with a payment. We will tell you before anything happens.
